Aimee Alexander RNC Perinatal Loss Clinician Northside Hospital 1000 Johnson Ferry Road NE Atlanta GA 30342 Needs: Micro-preemie hats, wraps and blankets Contact: Ramona Hill – Angel Mouse This is a bereavement project and most of their Angels are 12-20 week losses. They have 20-30 losses per month. Hats should be the size to fit an egg or small lemon and be very stretchy to more easily go on the fragile little heads. Knit works best but if you can crochet quite loosely it should work. Please send items directly to Aimee at the hospital. |

Baptist Memorial Hospital 111 Dallas Street
Caps, booties, blankets, going home outfits, usually 7-10 lbs is what’s needed. Only a few 5-6lbs can be used. These hospitals tend to get more bigger babies even though preemies do show up each month. They wont let them wear anything unless they are 4 lbs. So for preemies 4-6lbs is good, but not many, and 7-10 lb is the most requested. | |
